What happens after you start free

New accounts get every product feature with unlimited usage automatically. There is no product trial countdown or paid feature tier to activate.

What is included

You can set up your business, publish your website, add inventory, manage bookings, connect Stripe, invite your team, use reporting, and explore the full platform without adding a credit card.

What to check after setup

Open Business Settings > Support & Billing to review the optional Booking Pirate Support offer. If you use Stripe for customer payments, connect that separate Stripe account from payment settings so deposits and balances can flow directly to you.

What happens later

If Booking Pirate introduces paid subscriptions again in the future, we will communicate the change before requiring billing details. Your existing tenant data remains yours either way.

Your data stays yours

Your business data remains isolated to your tenant. Free access includes exporting bookings, customers, payments, and reports when needed.
